Cutouts are specially designed to allow for greater ventilation and are placed around the back of neck to allow for more mobility and around the eyes which allow for greater perpheral vision. Specially designed ear protection allows for normal hearing. Fastens with elastic strap under chin that secures with hook and loop closure.
